Compton Communications began in 1995 as a one-person agency supporting new Internet companies or dot-com companies (as they were known during the 90s boom) with creative, high-technology solutions to business problems. In a time when many companies are moving from expensive print operations to newer, cheaper digital systems such as the online newsletters, Compton Communications helped companies avoid the hype and expense. . According to David Compton, APR, the owner of Compton Communications, our focus is on the client’s needs as we help them bring new information systems online and create innovative and dynamic Web sites and applications.
Our areas of expertise and services include traditional public relations counseling, strategic communications planning and development, media relations to include article writing, news release services, online news rooms, email marketing and e-newsletter campaigns. David N. Compton, APR, is the owner of Compton Communications. A former military officer, he has more than 25 years experience in public relations, strategic communications, executive communications support, public affairs, public information, media relations, marketing, and webmastering. He has specialized in technology sector marketing, governmental affairs, environmental issues management, and telecommunication sectors. He has a masters degree in computer information systems and is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America.
